Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Gonzalez-Collins is a Mexican-American sportscaster. She is currently employed by ESPN as a reporter for SportsCenter and occasionally host SportsNation. The first time she worked at ESPN in 2016. Her mother is Maria Antonieta Collins, a journalist on television. Antonietta is a native bilingual. Since she was nine, Collins's ability to converse in two languages allowed her to get a job in Miami as a production assistant at Univision. Then, they moved to Mexico City and she was born on the 22nd of November the 22nd of November, 1985. She is younger than her sister. The family in 1992 left Mexico and moved to Miami. In the course of a few months, her father divorced from her mother. She later remarried in the year 1995 to a naval architect named Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo passed away of kidney carcinoma in the year 2006. In the summer in 2006 she took an entire week with her sister in Canton Ohio. The older Collins girl was employed there. Antonietta who was in high school who had a vision of how she thought her future would be like, visited Mount Union University to see if the school suited her. She loved the campus. The university also provided her with the major that she desired. When she finished high school, she decided to enroll at the university to pursue a degree in media studies. Mark Bergmann was her professor and also the head of WRMU in which she's a part. They formed a strong friendship. Mark Bergmann was the person who instilled her confidence, and his passion in Journalism touched her deeply. In turn, she determined to meet his demands and never let him down.
